Thanks to Councillor Matthew Bedford, a handrail will be placed on the slope down to this garage court and pot holes and trip hazards repaired across the estate.

A number of improvements are on the way for Jacketts Field, after a campaign from Councillor Matthew Bedford. Pot holes, broken footpaths, walls and handrails will all see improvements, after both Three Rivers and the County Council agreed to act.

Matthew said, "Residents on the estate have had to put up with poor quality roads and footpaths for too long. Action is now being taken which will remove the trip hazards and damaged road surfaces which have plagued the area. Already many pot holes have been marked for repair and I hope that the work will be carried out soon. We will keep residents in touch with the work to be carried out".
