Cllr Matthew Bedford has asked that the water company which carried out work at the corner of Popes Road and Gallows Hill Lane ensure that the correct surface is replaced on the raised table, rather than the current trip hazard of messy tarmac.

Matthew has also taken up the issue of the flooding of properties in Popes Road with sewage.

After the highways authority and Thames Water blamed each other and refused to take action, Matthew has brought Three Rivers environmental health officers in on the case, to force the other agencies to take action.
