Cllr Sara Bedford shows the damage done by parked cars on the grass outside 2-12 Tibbs Hill Road

Following requests from residents, supported by local LibDem councillors, Three Rivers is planning to install 'grasscrete' parking bays on the grass area outside 2-10 Tibbs Hill Road.

Due to vehicles parking on the grass, it has become churned up, ugly and potentially dangerous, especially in wet weather. The new bays will provide extra parking and the remainder of the grass will be protected with a low 'post and rail' fence.

The bays should be installed in the next financial year.
