Community facility for Primrose Hill?

12.00.00am BST (GMT +0100) Wed 13th Jun 2007

Cllr Joy Mann has taken forward the issue of a community facility for residents of the Primrose Hill area. The facility could be located at the recreation ground and would provide a place for meetings, classes and other activities.

Joy said, "I feel that we need a community space in this area. The population has grown and there is no proper place to go and vote, let alone have a meeting or a playgroup.

"However nothing will happen without the support and involvement of local residents. If anyone is interested in seeing what could be achieved for the community here, could they please contact me, so that I can bring people together".
